Utah CCW Non-Resident Permit‏

If you are interested obtaining a Utah Concealed Carry Weapon (CCW) Non-Resident Permit, read on!

David White (hollopnt@gmail.com)  is working on setting up a UTAH Non-Resident Concealed Carry Course – details below.  In summary, the UTAH Non-Resident permit has reciprocity with the bulk of our 50 states, far more than Virginia, allowing an individual to carry a weapon in significantly more locations.  Dave White is setting the course up and he needs 20 folks to actually hold the course – they’re up to 11.

Per WV state law WV residents may only carry in WV on a WV permit; WV residents acquiring the Utah permit commonly do so to increase the number of states in which they may carry. Should you have non-resident folks attending from PA, OH, VA this does not apply, they may carry in those states and WV on the Utah permit alone. The Utah permit is also ok for WV carry for folks such as students who maintain their permanent residence / drivers license in another state but are going to school in WV or similar.
